One of our tenants recently emailed me to the effect that the insurance premium for his facility seemed really high. His sister owns a local insurance agency and he wanted me to know that he was forwarding a copy of the policy to her to see how far out of line the rates really are (and, I’m sure, try to get his sister a new client as well).
