Dear Bill,
One of our tenants recently emailed me to the effect
that the insurance premium for his facility seemed really
high. His sister owns a local insurance agency and he
wanted me to know that he was forwarding a copy of the
policy to her to see how far out of line the rates really
are (and, I’m sure, try to get his sister a new
client as well).
The tenant’s sister called me yesterday and said
the following, “The rates on your policy are the
best possible. I told my brother to get off your back,
that he won’t get any better rate anywhere.”

it’s immensely gratifying to have this confirmed
